F/S Brown Panel 1963 Pro Amp- Please Close.SOLD locally

Post by Andy Taub »

F/S a very clean Fender Pro Amp from 1963, all original electronics, with a replacement speaker- Right now it has a 1967 Jensen C15n, or I can ship it with a Telonics neodymium. Would be a great Steel amp, with a solid state rectifier (and BYO reverb, of course).

I would like to get 2K for the amp plus shipping.

Thanks

You had the Disable BBCode box checked, so the Image tags didn't work. I fixed it.

I would buy this to use with my surf band in a New York minute, but I'm pretty much tapped right now. And out of room. I had one exactly like this 25+ years ago and like an idiot, I sold it. :aside:

I have one like this, with a D-130F in it. It is an amazing steel amp in the first channel. The second channel has that awesome Brownface tremolo.

That's a great price. I had a brownface Pro in high school and traded it away. In 1973 the brownface amps were just used amps and considered obsolete. They didn't even have reverb! I would love to grab this (I have an Altec 418b that would kill in it) but the plumbers just wiped out my cash on hand. Good luck with your sale!

Wow, that's THE bucket list amp for a lot of pickers. Seems like a great price, wish we were a few states closer. Trying to post a similar image to yours:
