Msa
It looks like someone replaced the MSA floor pedals with Decklys. But no doubt it plays well.

More info
I received some photos, but they are not entirely clear in the angle they were taken, but I thought I'd share what I found if you are interested:
Looks like its a MSA lacquer Classic S-12/U-12. I "think" its a 2u/2d changer, but it seems like it may have been a transitional model as a few of the strings look like they may be 3 up/2down... it seems like three strings worth of the end plate routed out at the factory to accommodate an extra raise?? The finish looks like its bubbling up in spots, some of the tone/volume knobs appear to be missing... the foot pedals appear to be from a Dekley. As far as the knees go, it looks like there are five, but atypically they are RKL, RKR, RKV, LKL, and LKV.
With a bit of TLC, I think this could make a really good sounding guitar, especially if you live near Western Wyoming. Owner mentioned she'll be heading to salt lake city... could be a great chance to get a deal for a beginner who is willing to clean her up a bit. I think she'll throw in a seat with ernie ball volume pedal.
Good Luck with the sale. These early 80s lacquer MSAs sound really great in my opinion.
