I first met Tony when he was hanging around the Dallas area. He would sub at the "Big D Jamboree", the Levee, and did several tour dates with Eddie McDuff & Orville Couch. I believe he also worked for Tony Douglas for a while. A good player and a funny individual. RIP Tony
