I don't often make posts like this, but every now and then someone goes above and beyond the call and needs to be recognized.

I recently made a PSG trade with Billy Carr. Without going into details, there was an issue that I discussed with Billy. He was incredibly generous and understanding in taking care of the problem.

I have tremendous respect for the manner in which he handled the transaction, and just wanted to share that information on the forum.

Just my 2 cents worth, and worth every penny.

Joe

Billy Carr just gave me a great deal on a used Carter-Starter to learn on. I'm glad I bought a used one from a reputable dealer.

I'm thankful, but depending on how well & how fast I learn, my neighbors might not be so thankful!!!

I talked to him over the phone & he was extremely nice & helpful, easy going & knowledgeable.

Thanks Billy!!! I can't wait to get it & get to learnin' or attempt to learn anyways.

Thanks a million!!!

Could not agree more. Billy has been holding an Excel
s-10 for me for weeks until I return to the USA. I know he could have sold this guitar in a flash but has given me the opportunity to get it. A very customer oriented gentleman and plain nice guy. Steve t

Thanks Steve. The EXCEL is still here. My number one concern is providing good service along with good equipment to steel players everywhere. I don't mind going the extra mile. I take care the players that buy from my steel shop.
