Barry,The color?I have an antique candle stick that is a very faint pinkish translucent color... so I sent a picture of it to Chuck and asked if he could get close to the "Zinfidel"coloring,I've also developed an affection for a white fretboard on top of a white top apron which has gotten me in trouble in the past but I think its really cool!

Stu, now that you’ve had it for a bit, and chance of getting a video of it? Or just a sound bite? It would be great to hear it.

Wow Stu what a nice guitar

Post by Wayne Franco »

I just love the color too. I did't even know Chuck Back made a keyless. Looks like really first class workmanship too. Chuck is about the nicest person I know with no end to his talents. You will have to update us on the finer points of your new guitat after you play it a while

Very cool Stu, love the look, for a kid licking the paint off Chinese toys as a kid, you still have good taste!

Stu that is one Great looking guitar, Hope it plays as nice as it looks.
In 1954 Ford built cars with those colors, Ford called the combination of colors, Peaches and Cream. Happy Steelin.

I like that color scheme with the wood white laquer neck thing going. There are so many combinations and that's one I've never seen before.

So after a few weeks with this Desert Rose Keyless pedal steel guitar,I'm really digging everything about it....so far the George L's10-1 sounds great and I can't tell any difference in the way it rings vs. A keyhead guitar?Rich,We might know some Alaska folks in common?

Desert Rose.....Amazing

Post by Dwight Lewis »

I think it would be nice if all manufacturers had a keyless option.

Well done Desert Rose peoples....you can see the love in this guitar.

What a beautiful PSG that is.
I didn't know that Chuck ever made keyless steels. Maybe this is his first?
He's a class act all around.
