Hey all, hope you're safe during these crazy times!
Did Franklin ever build an SD-12? I've seen a few S12s floating around but never an SD-12. On another note, I have toilet paper and hand sanitizer I would trade as a down payment on a Franklin if anyone has one haha. Take care!

There's a few built out there. Earnest, and Dave Ristrim would be the guys I'm familiar with off the top of my head. S12's seem to be more common than the double frame. Honestly, if the guitar is constructed properly ,like all of Paul's guitars, the single frame sounds just as sweet as the double body. One of my favorite Franklin's I've sat down to was an S-10 that my good buddy Mike Borque had. To me it sounded just like my D10 Franklin. My S-10, solid top Show-Pro and Russ Pahl's guitars to me sound better without the extra weight and the pad. Hinson and Ben Keith's S-10 Push-Pulls are fantastic little tone machines as well.
