Hi Charlie
Hi Charlie McVay. Its good to see you posting on here.
I bet you can still recognize your old 68 Emmons pictured on the previous page. You did a great rebuild and setup job on this one. It still plays and looks as good as when you owned it.
If I remember right, this is one of the guitars you played a lot on the WV Opry.
The guitar has always been a pleasure to own and play. It must must be close to 25 years now since I purchased it from you.

Hey Ray,
How ya doin buddy ? I thought that guitar looked familiar with the rose on the front of it. I played that guitar a lot over the years on the WWVA Wheeling Jamboree. That was a great guitar with killer tone. I wish I still had it but I'm glad you got it. I know it's in good hands and well takin care of.
Stay in touch, Charlie

My first D10! Mike Wilson did the restoration. Plays and sounds like you'd expect it to!

Emmons
Here's my Emmons Lashley LeGrande.Got it from Billy Knowles @ Steel Guitar East...I couldn't ask for a nicer guitar that suits me just right, nor could I ask for a better friend than Billy! This is my first Emmons.I grew up 30 minutes away from their shop and have wanted a Black SD10 for a lot of years.Had no idea at all that this one was about to come my way! Really nice surprise. There really is something about an Emmons. This is truly "The One".Could not be happier.
