I`m happy to announce the release of my new CD Collisions.
It`s a collection of collaborations or collisions, if you will, with some of my favorite musicians on the planet.
Redd Volkaert, Duke Levine, Dean Parks, BJ Cole, Chris Cote, Eric Bibb, Danny Thompson and the cream of musicians from Finland. From progrock veterans from the band Wigwam to young guns...
I play pedal steel, dobro, lap steel and guitars in a variety of styles.
The CD is available from Texicalli Records online store and the shipping is free worldwide!
Packaged in a beautiful vinyl replica gatefold cover with a printed inner sleeve.
Also available as a double vinyl with the fourth side containing 17,5 minutes of live stuff not on the CD. Unfortunately the shipping for the vinyl is not free.

Lee, no Jukka unfortunately but two of his contemporaries, keyboardists Jukka Gustavson and Esa Kotilainen are on board as is Pekka Pohjola’s son Verneri. In case you’re familiar with the history of finnish prog.

Not really familiar with much Finnish prog, I’m afraid, but I had the great fortune of visiting your beautiful country in the early 1970’s.
From Turku, I hitchhiked to a festival in Jyvaskyla, to see Jukka Tolonen.
I believe he was with Tasavallen Presidentte at the time.
He, and all the performers that weekend were fantastic.
