I've done a good bit of that type recording and it all boils down to whatever you want to charge and what they are willing to pay. I always charge by the song so there is no surprises for the client. Whether I spend 3 minutes or 3 hours I charge the same. Whatever you decide on be consistent because word spreads around and you don't want unhappy campers. I personally charge 50 dollars a song here in Texas.
