Like Lynn Fargo, (see her post), I also received an email from Jeffran a few weeks ago regarding orders that would be fulfilled by Christmas.
The link was not originally working so I replied to the sender of the Jeffran email, and also relayed that I had to go thru the (unfortunate) PayPal refund process a few months ago for the same items.
Jeffran responded and described processes now in place to expedite orders.
I then reordered (1) CD to replace an old cassette, and (2) DVD's to replace VCR tapes.
Jeffran quickly responded with confirmation of my Order and provided USPS Tracking Number.
The replacement CD and DVD's were promptly received.
