I find that on the C6th neck of my Mullen G2, I have to tune the 10th string about 15 cents flat and the 9th string about 10 cents flat for them to be in tune when I play them with the bar at the fifth fret.
I assume this is because they are pretty slack, and the weight of the bar plus whatever force I apply pulls them that much sharp.
But I haven't seen anyone else speak of this, so I'm wondering if there's something odd about my case. Does anyone else find this to be an issue?

There is indeed a tendency for the low strings to sag. I believe the remedy is to keep the bar horizontal at all times, and if extra pressure is required to stop the bottom strings from rattling, make sure it's applied evenly right up to the nose of the bar.
I play a uni 12 and I sometimes need to strum full chords from the bottom up to string 5, so I'm aware of the need to be vigilant. _________________ Make sleeping dogs tell the truth!

Sometimes I press the nose of the bar too hard and 4th string E is sharp compared to 8th.

There's a lot to think about playing this thing... _________________ Make sleeping dogs tell the truth!
