RBA Custom Built B-Bender Telecaster. FINAL PRICE DROP

Post by Jim Eyer »

FINAL PRICE DROP SOLD
I purchased this beautiful guitar from Ron Ackles right here on the forum, but I can't get the hang of a B-Bender. Those of you that know Ron, know what a great builder he is. This guitar is flawless and plays great.
Features:
Double bound Rosewood veneer over alder body, Satin finish , Custom built Canadian flame maple neck with rosewood board. R.B.A. customs bender installed. It also has a clear plastic bender cover for the back. GFI vintage alnico pickups, CTS pots, Great sounding and playing tele.
Also, I have added a Schaller GT-2 Drop "D" Key extender. It drops the Bass "E" to "D" with the flip of a lever. (Original "E" Tuner is included), should you want to remove the GT-2. I also have added a New Fender Molded Hard Shell Case. Set up and ready to go. Asking $800.00 + $35.00 Shipping with Insurance and Tracking. Posted on other sites.

Hey Jim, that "D-tuner" that drops the low E to D is actually a HipShot product. I have about a dozen of 'em on various guitars. Is the body of your guitar covered with a mica type product?...JH in Va.
Don't matter who's in Austin (or anywhere else) Ralph Mooney is still the king!!!

Hipshot

Yes Jerry, it is a Hipshot GT-2 by Schaller. Very nice product. I install them on all my Tele's. The top is a Veneer. You can't tell it from the wood with the double binding.
