I've seen a couple single-necks, mostly listed in the NJ area not far from where they were built. The ones I've seen were largely falling apart thanks to shrinking MOTS. This one has replacement tuners.

"Built in NJ in the 30s" is the only info I've ever seen about Kahlmen's guitars. They are unique-looking. Wonder how they pay and sound?
