Steel player in this YouTube video?
Nice concert by Sam Outlaw, an American act, over in Holland. The steel player is different from in his other videos, not sure if they changed people or it's somebody from over there just for the tour.
I really enjoyed this show - a little bit of everything!

(They do introduce the band at about 35:20 but all I can get is he's from England, either my ears or the sound isn't that clear)

Many play better than I do. Nobody has more fun.

That does it! Trash pickup is tomorrow, I'm carrying my gear to the curb!

You noticed her too, huh? My wife came into the room as I was watching that and said "no wonder you keep playing that song!" I tried to convince her I was engrossed in the steel music and had not even noticed that gal. We've been together over 37 years so you can how much luck I had with THAT explanation!John Brabant wrote:My personal favorite is the keyboard player with those dance moves.
I'm not saying Matt is the next Buddy E or anything. But I do really like what he did in that show and have stolen a few licks to work with myself. And after 1 year? I had barely learned how to put my picks on at that point!I just realized that this guy had only been playing steel for about a year at the time of this recording

Don,I totally get it! Been married for 30 years and my wife knows me all too well as does yours apparently.
Her name is Michaela Anne. She is a rocking' country singer on her own. Check out her song "Luisa" on her Facebook page here, where she duets with Rodney Crowell. Tele and pedal steel right out front! Don't know who the steel player is on this studio cut. She is also on Spotify. She does the kinda country stuff I like, a la Emmylou..
