Gibson Chet Atkins Country Gentleman Orange Flame

Post by Chris Watkins »

For sale is a 1998 Gibson Chet Atkins Country Gentleman guitar with an orange flame top this color is more rare on these models .
Excellent condition electronics no body blimishs frets appear to have litte to no play some of the gold on the pickup covers is worn off on the bottom of the covers
All original the pickguard and the arm rest have been removed and are in the case and can be put back on they were off when I acquired it . The two small holes on the top are where the arm rest mounts these were factory the screws are with the arm guard it appears you mount the guard on the two screws .The pickguard looks like it's cracked or shattered but there is no signs of any type repairs
However it's solid and does not seem to move or lose in any way. I don't know if it had been previously repaired or not. Excellent sustain, super low action, Humbuckers provide excellent tone. Bigsby works great also bridge is solid with no moving great for any style of music I bought this from the original owners family these go for well over 2000.0 I would
Like 1550.0 shipped & insured US Sales thanks
