Tell her from a distance that at least it isn't a $20,000+ Harley like all your friends are buying.

Baby, I just read on the Forum that George Strait's steel guitarist is quitting after this year and I know all his songs. All I need is a new guitar and me and you could be on the road with that old homely guy next year!!!

This is real, right now.
"Honey, please don't get me anything for Christmas. I just want a new Carter in January. I have most of it saved up already. OK?" Wife: Okay dear, as long as we get a new driveway in the spring.

Honey, I bought a new bar and it comes with a free Steel guitar, the bar was 2500.00 but the steel is FREE, and have i told you lately how much i love your long blonde hair.

She said go ahead and take the deal, make sure it has free shipping, sell the guitar for 2500.00, and that i would have a free 2500.00 bar,Hmmmmm i guess the other 9 won't work either.
[This message was edited by Roger Francis on 03 December 2005 at 09:56 AM.]

" Honey, I hear there's a new mall opening. What do you say we go try out the new Visa that just came in the mail? I was just looking in the closet and I just don't think the 148 pairs of shoes is going to be enough to get you through this winter. Oh, by the way, there's a smoking deal on a new Zum on the forum." Or guys just remember " It's easier to beg for forgiveness than to ask for permission"

Buy all your guitars the same color and hope she doesn't pay attention to details. I can testify that this works, sometimes.

Box? What big box? Oh, that one. Honey, remember when I bought my last pedal steel guitar, and you sald that if I ever bought another guitar, you'd be filing for a divorce?

Well, where do you want me to sign?
