Frank Carter at SWSGA show !
I have always enjoyed the playing of Frank Carter and this year at the SWSGA show he blew me away with his tone and touch-just marvelous ! I especially enjoyed the number he did with the EBOW...amazing ! I am sure someone can chime in and help this old man remember what tune that was.
I thought the show this year was the best ever..the field was so strong and every player did a great job...the sound crew dialed it in perfect too...I had a great time !
Thanks to all for their hard work.

Frank Carter
It's Frank's fault that I'm a steel player. I stood behind him playing bass for 6 months in 1971. When the gig was over, I sold the '63 P bass for $200 and bought my first steel. I should have kept that bass but the good news is now I play an Infinity!!

I could go on and on about what a great guy Frank is but it's already been said here.
First, Frank is a dear friend and wonderful person who always puts others before himself. Second, Frank Carter is a spectacular steel player and a musician's musician. He honestly and truly loves the instrument. Frank has many life lessons to teach us all.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you
