now several coats of clear lacquer, then some sanding , then couple clear coats again, and then 3 rounds of polishing, and this will be an awesome sauce :D

This is a really beautiful guitar - I'm in love with old Buds! I have a really stupid question: The springs that come from the top of the changer to that anchor plate, They appear to just be slung over the end. Won't they tend to move around if they are not somehow anchored to the plate?

Bobby; there are small holes in that plate that the spring ends attach to so they don't move.

Hey Damir,
Nice job on that bud! It looks suspiciously like my old pro iii sold a guy in east Tennessee a few years ago. It was a seriously beat pro III that I learned on and played lots of gigs with. I don't recall his name off the top of my head but I kinda hope it is it because she needed and deserved a spa treatment like this! I miss that old thing.

Anyway awesome job!

I just realized it's in my Avatar
