I got to be around Frank in the early 70's in Oklahoma City. I've got some live 1/4" tape with him playing in Bob Wood's band. Bob owned Del City Music, and was a place you could catch Nashville stars running up and down Interstate 40.
Frank was incredible. He played his Fender 1000 through a Twin, and he'd take your head off. West Coast at it's absolute best. I used to say he was Mooney on steroids. He was really a good guitar player as well.
Talked to him on the phone a few years back, and he was nice enough to send me a couple of CD's. He was truly one of the really good players. I'll keep his family in my thoughts and prayers.

I also met Frank in Del City. I went to a few gigs with him. I lost track of him after that and never could catch up to him. He was a neat guy and will be missed!! RIP brother!

re Frank...
Frank Arnett could play more like Mooney than any man who ever lived...
I cut"Under Your Spell Again"on Mrs.Hinson about 30 years ago...we had to get Frank to do it because he was the man for the job...
Rest easy,my friend.
