William, your technique exercises are really helpful. They alone are worth the price of admission...Keep it up.

If all you did was to practice the weekly technique exercises you would get more than your moneys worth. Beside that, you likely would see overall improvement to your playing. Most of the exercises qualify as very usable licks.
Justice Pro Lite (4-5), Justice D-10 (8-5)x2 , Quilter Steelaire, Hilton Pedal, BJ's bar.
I played my first gig on pedal steel last weekend in a local pub. I didn't know most of the songs the guy did as most were originals. It came off better than I expected but I know that if not for William's instruction I would not have been able to keep up. I relied on those phrases I've practiced from the techniques exercises. It really does pay.
