Easy music stand
Many times I've had to read charts on the bandstand where there wasn't a music stand. I lay the chart on my key head and it falls of from a breeze or what ever.
I made a small and portable chart holder that clips to your front steel leg. The cap comes off so you can store the wire inside.
PVC
microphone clip
one bolt
stiff wire from a coat hanger

I use one of these clamped on to my left rear leg. It’s out of sight to the audience and easily viewed as I look down the neck while playing

I guess that I am not the only one who hates scrolling SIDEWAYS. It is because of Glassman´s overly long URL. Everything after the ´?´ is unnecessary:Dave Meis wrote:Nothing to do with the post, but why doesn't this thread fit the page? When I shrink it down to fit the page, the writing is too small to read...

will work just as well. When long URLs must be used, they should be embedded in the text and not visible to the reader. My two cents.
