Johnie,
I think every Kline owner would be very grateful to have a pdf of each of the pages of that Kline manual. I'm not able to read any of it when I blow up the image you posted.
My Kline is exactly the same as this one.
Thanks in advance

What Howard said! Sorry to interlope on your listing (other than to comment that the new owner will be very happy with this machine). If you happen to make a pdf file of the owner’s manual, I would greatly appreciate a copy (already have a copy of the brochure). Thanks & good luck w/ the sale!

Lever lock

Post by Alan Cook »

Hi Steve

Looking at the underside pics I would say there is no lever lock. Joe Kline has all the parts still for sale though I think I bought one for $50.

Steve, did some Klines come with a lock lever (on the E lowers, I assume)? Mine doesn't have one.
Personally, I wouldn't want one - I'm with Joe Wright and others that a U12 is 'one big tuning'.
I lower my Es on RKL, so it's easy to move from pedal to pedal without holding in a lever on my left knee.

Daniel,
I have a hard time using my right leg due to surgeries on the right hip. Can barely lift the right leg due to nerve damage duing one of those operations. Thus my buddy, the lock lever 8)

Sorry, Steve, I didn't know.
Yes, we all can only do what we can do.
So some Klines came with a lock, eh? Didn't know that. Honestly, I realize how it could make things easier for anyone.

Pete & Howard:
I'm hoping to seal the deal Monday.
I can then (try to) post that owner's manual, but it will take a while - I want Joe Kline to add an 8th pedal and set up the guitar to my copedent first.
Once everything is final, and I have the steel in my possession, I can scan and post the manual for all Kline owners.
(I didn't get that manual with my present Kline.)

Daniel & Jim- thank you both! I have the brochure & am in the process of scanning it for Howard. I was looking for the other pages which I now know are from Winnie.
