I placed an order with Tom and paid with PayPal about 10 days ago. Followed up with an email a couple days ago and haven't heard anything. What's typical? An order acknowledgment would be nice 
Maybe he's on vacation in Dunsmuir or Weed

Typically, he's pretty good. Not next-day delivery but he's acknowledged my orders. I'd expect that yes, he is away from the office or something. A follow-up email from you wouldn't hurt, though. Sometimes things can fall between the cracks. |

Thanks guys. I imagined it's something like you have confirmed and I will hear from him in a few days. Tom has been an integral part of the steel community since before I got involved as a kid the mid 1970's so I know he's a standup guy.
