Ken, sent payment for the "Profex" batteryless mod for instruction/photo diagram. I didn't see any "notes" section on paypal checkout.

Just got in a fresh batch of battery-less memory chips.
Super easy to install. No soldering, just plug and play. I test each one by loading them on a Bassfex in the shop. When sent out you get complete install instructions. I

Also just got in a 100 of the audio chips for amp upgrades.

Ken,

I can't remember...what's the pricing on a batteryless chip & the Burr Brown chips for the Profex???

I need to order another kit once I get the cash.

Thanks,

Casey

Ken, I got the battery-less mod and audio mod for my bassfex, also moded my Special 130. Did the trick, both work fine and improved the audio greatly. Thanks for your great service.

If needed I can load steel guitar settings for the Profex 2 or Bassfex on the memory chip prior to shipping

That way its "plug and play". Just requires removal of the old battery and plugging in the new chip. No re-initializing required.

Just send a note thru with the PayPal purchase or send a PM to me to get that done at no additional cost

I use and old Peavey Midi-filer with a floppy disc to load via a midi cable to my old Bassfex to load settings. Did it today first time on two chips and it worked great!

Hi Ken.

Just picked up a Session 2000 with the PX-300.
The 2000 works, but has a really cruddy looking battery. Do I just need the Battery-less mod kit? Or is there anything else I should be doing to this amp? I don't have a memory card to save anything. Will it initialize with the factory settings after the chip switch?

Thanks,
Patrick.

Yes you do. Critical to get the battery out of that amp. So many have been ruined by leaky batteries

The instructions supplied will clearly show how to install and reset to factory settings. An easy job. I can do one in 5 minutes or less
