OK, here's the last one from the estate:

Pretty clean little MSA Sidekick - sorry no case. Everything seems to function OK - I tuned the opens and 'A' pedal and ran out of time but everything seems to function as it's supposed to. It really needs to be restrung before a proper setup and since it's really not mine, I don't want to put my spare E9th set on it. $500.00 plus shipping from 34209. I'll pack it well. PayPal OK and donation to b0b when sold.

Tuning and setup instructions on the Carter website.

Package will be approximately: 36x12x8 and about 35#. I ship Fedex from 34209.
