*I'm an idiot*
I didn't realize the Zum Encore lift kit was easily removable - please close the thread, and thanks!

Hi Andrew:
I have an Encore with the lift kit. You should be able to shorten the legs by removing the plastic orange spacer in the legs. Try opening up the ends of the legs to remove the plastic spacer. As far as the rods, they are prob too long and you may need to order shorter ones from Doug. But try shortening the legs first to see if you can make it work for you.

pedal rods
I might add you might be able to use all-thread from your local hardware...dirt cheap... for your pedal rods...probably less than $10...I've done this on several steels.
