I'm looking for a good lapsteel for my wife. We went to a nearby shop and she played a fender lapsteel. It had a single pickup, legs, 6 strings, two knobs, numbers listed in the corner of each fret, and an adjustable tuning mechanism at the bridge to change the tuning of the strings. We're curious what the exact model was. She liked that one, we might go back and get it.

Update-

After a bit more research, I think the bridge was replaced with a Stringtone tuning changer which explains why I couldn't find any pictures of Fender steels with a tuning changer on it.

I'm fairly certain the steel is a studio deluxe.
