Session 400 head/cab split

Post by Doug Davis »

I finally finished my Session 400 split. I had always wanted to build a lacquered tweed amp so when I decided to split my peavey it only made sense (to me) to wrap it in tweed. Fun project and MUCH easier to tote now...

Just curious---have you put the "Sarno" mods into your Session 400? Seems like it would be a good idea for such a beautiful amp!!

Doug,
I really like the look that the chicken head knobs give to the amp head. I've never cared for the circular ones with the decal stuck on them that my session 400 has. Are those knobs from Peavey or are they a Fender item?
