Extra Lever parts for 1978 MSA

Hello All,
I got a used MSA D-10 and am looking for parts to hook the other 3 knee levers up to lower and raise the 3rd(RLR lowers 3rd) and 4th strings 1/2 step on the C6. Questions;

1. Where can I find these parts?( the pullers, pivot pins?, and pull rods)

2. Am I going to have tuning or any other types of problems in doing this.(I'm so ignorant about this stuff I had to look at my owners manuel to get the names of these parts, which may be the wrong names!)
