I have a new system consisting of a Hewlett Packard 411 Computer running Win 10 and a HP 2540 3 in 1 Printer. To print a single document I call up the document, click print,complete the print setup page , click print again and the printer produces the document all OK.
When I attempt a multi page print, I call up say a 3 page document ,set up the print as before and click print. The printer then only prints one page. I've tried highlighting all the text before clicking print but the result is the same, only one page. My old printer automatically printed anything but always the last page first..
I feel that something has been setup incorrectly .
Any advice will be most welcome , Barrie.
