Jim Lauderdale / Emmy Lou Harris "The King of Broken Hearts"

Post by Geoff Watkinson »

A mighty fine rendition of this song with Mr Lauderdale and beautiful Emmy Lou. A great steel break with Al Perkins on a ZB steel.

That's a great tune. I think that's about the best vocal I've heard from Lauderdale and the ZB break from Al is fabulous and tonefully delicious. Thanks for finding and posting.

I always love doing this tune when I get to play with Jim. He's the real deal.
