Ken, that is a good one, but there is another that is available from BE web that is excellent. I have them both and prefer the one from BE. _________________ Zum U-12, Carter SDU-12, Zum Encore, Emmons S-10, Emmons D-10, Nashville 400, Two Peavey Nashville 112, Boss Katana 100, Ibanez DD700, Almost every Lesson Jeff Newman sold. The book, along with a lot of very useful other stuff, has a full transcription of Emmons' arrangement of Blue Jade. As seen in the index available on the Amazon link. |

And, for further clarity, there is currently nothing at all available from the official Buddy Emmons website, nor would I count on getting much from the Emmons Guitar website. But Steel Guitars of North County has a bunch of Buddy stuff in stock. |

Erv, didn't know you had this one. I have it, in Scotty's one book, then in Buddies. It is not an easy one. I'd like to have your version. You should have my address. I have it by someone else, but it isn't near right. Thanks. _________________ Zum U-12, Carter SDU-12, Zum Encore, Emmons S-10, Emmons D-10, Nashville 400, Two Peavey Nashville 112, Boss Katana 100, Ibanez DD700, Almost every Lesson Jeff Newman sold. It's also on Ron Elliott's "Pure American Steel" disc, for which there has historically been a tab booklet available. Erv's is certainly the easiest one to get! Hard to match that service. |

Yes, Erv, has been my stand by. I have bought hundred of tabs from him. Before I bought everything Jeff had. I can't say enough good about Erv. Thank you my friend. _________________ Zum U-12, Carter SDU-12, Zum Encore, Emmons S-10, Emmons D-10, Nashville 400, Two Peavey Nashville 112, Boss Katana 100, Ibanez DD700, Almost every Lesson Jeff Newman sold. Steve - Mike Hedrick at Steelfodder@aol.com has a complete package including chord charts, tab, mp3 with steel and mp3 backing track for Blue Jade AND Nightlife on E9th.
Mike's version of Blue Jade is a little different from the Emmons version in Scotty's book, but it is very well done.
I have not delved into Nightlife from Mike yet. |
