Kluson Tuners/Pans for 8- and 10- strings

What a pleasant and unexpected surprise at this year's NAMM show in Anaheim.

To all of you Fender console and Sho-Bud/Fender pedal steel players, GOOD NEWS! The fine folks at Kluson are manufacturing replacement 8- and 10- string tuning machines and pans. They supposedly are direct replacements and require no special routing, plus, the tuners snap very securely and snugly into place on both sides of the pan.

The sales rep I spoke with was also interested in getting a copy of 6-string pans and tuners made, but they were having trouble getting a sample to measure and then reproduce. Hint to any of you on the lookout for a set or any of you who might be able to help out the Kluson folks.
