Tool Bar buttons

I finally got back to learning BIAB, the 2014 version. I want to add the Chord Display button to the tool bar window. When I click on the down arrow or the double arrow at the right of the screen a window opens up with 5 buttons that are not in the tool bar window.

Where do I find the rest of the buttons and how do I get the Chord Display button into the tool bar window.
