Any golfers who have played near the convention hotel in Dallas? I am bringing a non-musician friend who wants to play golf on Saturday morning. Any ideas? Be nice. There must be some golfer to chime in. |

Depends on the budget and do you have wheels. The best track would be the TPC at the Four Seasons in Las Calinas. Very expensive to play. Better choices are in Grapevine. One is Cowboy's; also pricey; the course right next to it is Grapevine Muni which is much less expensive and as nice as Cowboys. Again if you have wheels, another fun track is Tour 18 where the course emulates some of the best holes in Golf. There are always deals for this course. It does give you a chance to play number 12 at Augusta, and 17 at Sawgrass as well as others. The holes of course don't have the scenary, but the elevations and the rest of it are spot on.
Plenty to chose from. _________________ Mark T

Mark, Thanks for that info. Appreciate it. yes, I will have my car there and could afford fees less than $60.00. After I posted this I started wondering about the weather, which, I don't think anyone can help or predict. But, on prior visits to this show the weather has been cold and wet. So golf may not be a choice. |

Jim
You never know about the weather. There have times when it was terrific and very doable for golf.
Bring your clubs. If you can play great. If not you have the steel show.
Happy Holidays
