Ha, well if it is any consolation, the Mullen Discovery is a phenomenal guitar at any price. I was lucky enough to snag one locally at a great price and was shocked to realize I actually preferred it in every way to my G2. It just plays so easily and has sustain for days. I loved the sound of the stock Mullen single coil but was getting a lot of hum so I just changed the pickup to a Lawrence 705 last week. The humbucker is dead quiet and really takes the tone of the guitar to another level in my opinion.
