I don't know. He is the only Johnny I know of.
Could be him. I was hoping someone would know for sure. The album does not have credits.

Seeing Pete Mitchell and Johnny Cox at the T S G A show a few years ago brought back fond memories of when they both played for E. T. about 25/30 years ago, actually it was probably in the 70's.
