It is a strange example of thread creep, a new term by someone here, Herb or noted by him....

I read this entire thread.
I can now smell colors.
Gee, thanks.
I have stuff.
I try to make music with it.
Sometimes it works.
Sometimes it doesn't.
But I keep on trying.

Just so you forum guys know this isn't the first time Jonny has had a problem with other people bands on stage. He is a good guy and means well but when he is excited he spits when he talks. He was not allowed near the piano player with one well known band I was playing in. It can get pretty bad.

Hard to tell the wheat from the chaff on this here thread, but Will, looks like I'll also see you in Denver. I play in King Cardinal who will be direct support that night - looking forward to meeting "offline"!

Steve - I’ll do my best sir!

Jonny and I have talked this whole thing out…and Jonny, I’d appreciate if we could maybe get the phone calls down to once a day or so. We’ve decided to allow you into shows on the next tour. We really appreciate your enthusiasm, but screaming “Return to Forever, Teen Town, Return to Forever, Teen Town!!” while on stage during that ballad was a little bit irksome. I hope you understand.

Spence…I’m so sorry about that short shorts mishap. I was drinking a lot during that time, and let’s just say I let a few things “slip”. I know it can be a real eyeful, seeing your friends make a mistake like that, but I’ll do my best to keep it buttoned up from now on.
Say, did I hear you are releasing a new Steelism record that’s “Crazy Arms” in every key? And ascending in tritones each track!

Jonny’s right, I’m playing a twin head into a THD cab with 2x12s. My practice routine is doing diamond pushups every morning with robert sitting on my back running scales. I try to sing a parallel major third above his scale pattern the whole time, while doing 5 reps of 200 pushups. I then take a short break to bench press my Rains D10. After that, I work on visualizing how tall a chord of 12 stacked fourths would be in the physical world. Lately I feel like I can really see it, towering above me, but I still feel like it’s a bit ambiguous. As Debussy would say, “I’m not really a theory guy.”

Ben, Paul - I look forward to seeing y’all on the road!

Happy 4th of July everyone!

I usually don't know when my leg is being pulled, but I'm feeling a little tug. No matter, I'd go see Robert Ellis for the sideshow, unless this is it.

Bob H. is right, the two guitarists are a cut above, and playing together they're nuts.
Fresh songwriting, great energy, and the ensemble does what this song says. Drivin'

Keep up the practice routine, Will, until somebody drops. Something. Teen Town! Yeah! No!

I saw the guys in action last night in Temecula. It was an AMAZING performance, and Will was very kind to indulge this steel guitar geek with a nice chat afterwards. What a fun night!

I spoke with him just the other day. He was having problems with his 6th string not obeying the basic laws of physics. After talking with him I think the real problem is that he is deeply happy and it's messing with his mind.

Well, I don't believe that. Are any of us happy? Don't we all just complain about everything?

Btw my ears are ringing. Who is talking about me behind my back.

Yeah, I'd lose the pic thing for the opening of the website. An immediate reaction can easily be.: "Forget this".
I went to the website wanting to hear music and decided not to wrestle with how to get past the pics. No need to tell me how to do it. Too late.

I am in France so I can't call him now. He might be sleeping. But the relationship he was telling me about is with a cat ? I hope he is okay ! I'll call in the morning. Right after petit
dejuniors.
