If you have to ask, this isn't the amp for you...

I'll try to answer some of the questions I have been receiving.
I'm guessing that it is somewhere around 55lbs., I will try to find a scale and weigh it.
The speakers are a mystery. They came out of an eighty watt Sano accordion amp and sound like a mix of Jensen and JBL. They sound really good but they might break up sooner than some pedal steelers might like. It sounds amazing with D-120's, but it gets rather heavy.....
I changed the handle to a Fender "dog bone" because the leather one it came with was not sufficient for the weight. My amp guy went through it recently and replaced several of the original non-tone affecting carbon comp resistors with much more reliable carbon film types. The tubes are a mix of NOS and new production. Mullard 5AR4, Svetlana 6L6's.
I bought this amp in 1996 from the original owner who only had it for about six months and didn't use it much. It has served me well for many years but I don't really need it anymore.
I would much prefer to meet someone in the New England area for an in person sale but will ship it if necessary. The only way I will ship this is through FedEx and have them pack it so that they will be liable for it.

Oh man is this tempting. I had one of these years ago and it was one of the best sounding amps I've ever owned.

Could you send me an email at adam.schmitt@gmail.com if you still have it available?

Mark makes some of their nicest amps of their type. I absolutely love them. Fortunately, he lives very near to me. He is also an amazing musician. Check these amps out.
