Texas: Disappointed at Sheraton TSGA Hotel

On a lighter note, my wife and I were flying KLM to Amsterdam one year and when we checked in the lady told us they overbooked coach, so we are being bumped to business class. After a moment of flashing anger, I realized what she said, and I calmed down to a big smile.

Two of us also got bumped to the Westin, I booked in Oct and a friend from Alaska booked in Nov. He got a notice to move to the Westin and then later got an email March 10 he could stay at the Sheraton. I never got a notice to move back, so when I got to the Sheraton on Friday I ask If they had a room now, they checked and found a room for me. I just don’t like it that they can bump you, this is not right. I will have to say that when we got bumped the Sheraton offered us free breakfast for 2 days and a $50 gift card. When we did get a room at the Sheraton they still gave us breakfast for the wife and I for 2 days, that was nice of them.
