'70's MSA U-12 Pedal Steel Traded, Please Close

Selling my MSA U-12 pedal steel guitar. I got it about a year ago. It is in very good cosmetic condition with just a few dings and one little chip in the mica. The guy I got if from said it sat on his porch for about 10 years. The rods were off and it was apart when I got it. The owner told me it was a 12 string universal when I bought but found that it was actually a S-12 extended E9th. I took the guitar to Tom Bradshaw to have him put it together and install one of his gizmos that enables the guitar to be put in a universal tuning. Tom said that the guitar is in great mechanical shape and "it looks like it was never even played". The pedals and levers are nice and tight, it stays in tune and sounds great. Looks to be the original single coil pickup. Asking $1,500 plus shipping or trade for/towards a high end square neck dobro.

Still for sale. Had it sold but the pickup stopped working and I took it back. Sent the pickup to Jerry Wallace and he rewound it. Sounds great now.
