Thanks from the Jazz Room

Post by Jim Stahlhut »

I have so many people to thank for a great Jazz Room. It may have been the best yet. First I need to thank everyone who came out to see it, couldn't do it without you. As Jim Cohen said we had standing room only through most of the show. The steel players all played fantastically. Thanks to Doug Jernigan (who was just amazing), Dave Easley, Buck Reid, and Hal Merrill. All four played just great. Of course Bob DeBoo and Kyle Honeycutt were just smoking! They are so fun to play with Kyle was ripping it up as was Bob. Thanks to Jim Cohen for his help too. I had a blast playing and tried to put on the best show for everyone I could. Thanks to the Scott family for getting the show on. By the way I think Michael Scott did a great job running the Convention!!! There will be video on youtube soon. Last but not least thanks to Barbara for all her hard work.

Hard to believe that it was initially not going to happen. It's a highlight for me.
