I was looking through the Winnie Winston book and was surprised to see the copedent for Buddy Emmons (described as around the time of the Suite Steel album - so 1970-ish) did not have any raises or lowers on strings 1 or 2.

Is this a misprint? I don't think I've seen any other copedents without at least the 2nd string lower.

I also read on here that Buddy Charleton didn't have any changes on his first 2 strings but in the book his copedent showed 2 changes on each.

Any other players who don't raise or lower strings 1 and 2.

If you take what it says literally, maybe he didn't require any changes on those strings on that album.
