Here it is folks, a first run of Paul Franklin Sr. back in very late '70s.
Paul Franklin built this pedal steel with his hand wound Pickups; that you’ll only find on these early ones(if you EVER find a Franklin for sale)this is the 42nd one he built out of around a total of 300 ever..
This is a Flat Black and almost still in showroom perfection as it just was Hardly played through the years(that’s why there’s a little dust on the steel…ha..and I haven't wiped everything off to perfection yet; but you know me...ha..).
Double 10 with 8 pedals and 4 knee levers and if you buy it; I will personally set up the exact copedent you want.

It's not my Franklin. My "REGRET" would be my steel guitar brothers and sisters on here; NOT getting a chance at a once in a lifetime Franklin; is why it's on here now.

Split tuners can be put on ALMOST any all pull guitar using the "extra rod" method. I don't see the splits behind the changer on this one. And, even if you HAD to have the splits at the changer, I would think that could be done.

Allen; yes it does split tune.
I can and will set it up however the buyer wants this 8ped and 4 knee to play.

This is the current set up.
All the floors, E9 and C6 are standard setup......
Left knee Left----------Raises 4 and 8 a half step-
Left knee right------------Lowers 2 a half step and a whole step and lowers 9 a half step.
Right Knee left----------Lowers 4 and 8 a half step..........and lowers the 3rd string on the C6 a half step.
Right knee Right--------Raises 1 a full step and raises 7 a half step.

Smooth, easy to play, stays in tune, sustain, BIG tone, all the attributes one seeks in a great PSG.
