According to the serial number your tele is a 1983.

That's what I'm getting per fender, However the neck and body is 1988 stamped. I though it was a CBS Era

Fender did this alot going through a transition period, decals were used from back when. The true date of the guitar is on the heel of the neck and the neck pocket tell's the true date of the body.
