I recently picked up a very old looking (steel & case) Magnatone twin 8 string and three legs plus three books, one of them very old.
There's a mention from a friend that it's Hawaiian but was wondering what it definitely could be and possibly where it was manufactured.
I don't have the means to take/send a photograph, sorry.
All Z.B.est.

My old "Banger"
Many thanks Rick for all the information.
Looking at it, it sure's not been looked after in it's life.
Possibly the previous owner had passed away leaving it stored somewhere not being looked after at all
I'm sure glad of my old Z.B.'s

Three legged Magnatone sounds like a Shakespearian insult. e.g. ....
Thou reeky, sottish, eye-offending, three-legged Magnatone!
