That was awesome Paul... wish I could afford “1”, but if I had 10, I’d never sound that good... beautiful playing and beautiful tone!!!

All I can say is "DAMN!!!" I have to listen again and focus on the amp. Paul's playing on this is incredible.

Great sounding amp! I know Paul is known for his pick blocking but a few of those riffs had more of a palm blocked sound to them. Definitely something about the blocking or pick attack also producing a more vintage tone.

Paul, so that was you playing with George Strait on the ACM's and Mike Daily was faking it to your track?!? The tone sounded just like the original record to me.

Paul, you sound great no matter what amp you play. That great tone is in your hands...
I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you

Yes! It's in his hands! I will say, in listening to the vid, the tone of the new amp seems more clean, fat and richer than previous Walter's I've heard you play through. Just the best ever, no matter what you use.

That is quite a compliment from a tone monster like Tommy. Paul and Tommy set the bar for tone.

WOW! I love the tone of that new amp, that was nice. I think the older Vince gets the better he gets.

"Little Walter 89 with 9 pin 6L6 tubes"

Sounds great, but I am stumped as to what a 9 pin 6L6 is....is there a new tube out there?

The Little Walter site says nothing about it, or this amp!

Maybe a 6BG6GA? I think these had the same innards as a Phillips 6L6GA but with a plate cap on top so you could jack up the plate voltage.
