Just a note and suggestion:

There are pics of various steels posted all over the forum and internet. Or you can simply do a Google search for "pedal steel", click the "images" tab and thousands will be available for viewing.

The thing is - you didn't specify *what* kind of pictures you want to see. Specific brands, certain types of mechanisms or ????

So it is very difficult for folks to reply - they have no idea what you want.

If you already play but have little experience...well, are you unsure about how something is adjusted, or hand positions (there are probably 200+ variations on that subject alone)...

If you haven't bought one yet you might ask about "beginner pedal steels" and then note your music background if any (as any guitar or especially dobro/lap steel experience might make a difference in what you want to start with); also what music style you play (as not all steelers are country players).

Anyway - you might get a good number of responses if you provide some information about yourself and what you are looking for.
