Paul, yes they are, they used to call them a "Cadillac" of the steel guitars, I remember back home in Europe, years ago, I got hold of some Sierra catalogues, and was drooling for months, but they were so expensive, there was no way I could have afford one... great guitarsPaul Norman wrote:Joe Wright plays a Sierra. Well-made good-sounding guitars.

Sierra Guitars
Here's my favorite PSG. I've had it for about three years and it's the best I've ever owned. My other one is a Zum and it's great but the Sierra has the right stuff. Looks cool too. I've worked around the weight issue carrying it in two cases. It's a shame these fine guitars are no longer in production. Damir's S-10 is a great guitar for a great price. (Sorry about the resolution--it's prettier than this picture shows.)

John, Sierra guitars are top of the line, professional instruments, they used to be known as a "Cadillac Of The Pedal Steel Guitars" ... back in a day, they were probably the most expensive pedal steel guitars on the market...John Miller wrote:Damir,
Impressive underneath pics. I'm not familiar with this make of guitar. Is the console made from plate aluminum? Very solid looking machine.
Regards,
John

Tom, you are correct, Sierras are great guitars, I have a lots of interest in this guitar, and it will be probably gone soon... I used to have a 12 string with E lock, and it was a wonderful instrumentTom Campbell wrote:I wish someone would buy this great steel. I have the keyless 12 string version...plus two other Sierras' (a black one and a white one).
You can't go wrong with this steel and the price is a "gift"!
