Cougar steel guitar

Wondering if someone can identify the attached photo of Cougar steel guitar.

It is a six string non pedal ( table or lap) steel guitar.

I did search the forum and found reference to Freeman Cowgar and the Cougar pedal steels he built , including a six string version.

Does this appear to be one built by Mr Cowgar in Michigan ?

It looks to me to be one built by Mr. Cowgar as you guessed. Do a search for "Freeman Cowgar cougar" in Google Images and you'll find similar pictures of pedal steels with the same logo.
